The hydraulic guillotine shears of the ATS range are driven by a pair of top mounted cylinders. The ATS shears are delivered well equipped with high-end CNC touch screen controller. It is a cutting angle indication device. The backgauge position are programmable. In option, the blade gap can be automatically controller by controller. The pneumatic sheet support system can be equipped into our machine.

Standard Execution:

• 2 Top push down cylinders
• 2 cutting blades with 4 cutting sides
• Squaring arm of 1000mm with scale T-slot and tilting stop
• Shearing table with a number of square support block
• Foot pedal cutting command
• Tilting plate hold downs with soft pads
• CNC touch screen controller
• Delivered with filled oil tank, instructions manual and maintenance tools

Optional:

• Swing-up and swing away backgauge for cutting material longer than standard stroke
• Ball transfers in iron table blocks
• Front stops
• Knives for cutting stainless steel
• Back pneumatic sheet support
